Sales conditions
The standard ticket purchasing conditions are printed on the back of Karralyka’s tickets and comply with Live Performance Australia (LPA) Code of Practice.
Service Fees
A booking fee of $4.50 is payable for tickets purchased online or tickets transacted by phone as a sale or reservation. This fee is only applied per transaction and not per individual ticket. A postage fee of $4.50 applies for tickets delivered by post.
Unauthorised ticket purchases
Tickets are sold on behalf of the Promoter by Karralyka. We strongly advise that you do not purchase tickets from any source other than the Karralyka website.
Tickets purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies and may be refused admittance to the performance or event.
Ticket Reservations
We do not reserve tickets for individuals/groups of less than 10.
Group bookings (10 or more tickets) may be reserved without payment. Reserved tickets will be held for 48 hours. If payment is not received in this time, tickets will be released for sale.
Morning Music Group Bookings
For Morning Music productions, tickets may be held for social groups i.e. Probus Clubs and payment is required 3 weeks prior to the production. If payment is not received by this date tickets will be released for sale.
What do I do if I have misplaced my tickets for an upcoming performance or event?
If you have lost your original tickets or left them at home after arriving at Karralyka, our friendly box office staff will be able to assist you with reprinting your tickets on the day prior to the show.
We require the ticket information from the original booking and a valid form of ID to verify your ticket purchase.
Refund policy
All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges offered on ticket purchases due to change of mind.
