Karralyka eNews Subscription Competition Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This competition is open only to individuals who subscribe to the Karralyka eNews on Sunday, 10th November 2024. To be eligible, participants must sign up either:
• In person at the Karralyka stall at the Maroondah Festival on 10th November 2024, or
• Online via our website between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm (AEDT) on the same date.
Entry: Participants are entered into the competition by successfully subscribing to the Karralyka eNews during the competition period. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Prize: The prize(s) for the competition will be announced at the time of entry at the Maroondah Festival or online. The prize(s) are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
Selection of Winner: The winner(s) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on a date determined by Karralyka, and the winner(s) will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry.
Notification and Claiming of Prize: Karralyka will contact the winner(s) within five (5) business days of the draw. If the winner(s) do not respond within ten (10) business days of being notified, they forfeit the prize, and a new winner may be drawn.
Publicity: By entering, participants agree to allow Karralyka to use their name, likeness, and any photos taken during the prize event for promotional purposes without compensation.
Privacy: Personal information collected as part of this competition will be used in accordance with Karralyka’s privacy policy and will only be used for the purpose of contacting the winner(s) and providing Karralyka eNews updates.
General Conditions: Karralyka reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any factor beyond Karralyka’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the competition.
